We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team in London and help deliver scalable, secure and cloud-based applications. This role combines full-stack software engineering, AI enablement and modern cloud development. The successful candidate will have strong experience in front-end and back-end development, hands-on expertise with Azure and Databricks and the ability to design reliable solutions that support complex business needs.
Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies
Build responsive user interfaces with React, Type Script and related front-end technologies
Develop secure REST APIs and back-end services using .NET/C# or Python Create reusable components, shared services and maintainable application architectures
Develop and integrate solutions using Azure and Databricks services
Implement AI-powered functionality using large language models, AI services and modern engineering frameworks
Design and support integrations with enterprise applications, databases and external APIsContribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and software delivery processes
Ensure application security, reliability and performance through monitoring and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technical solutions and continuous improvements
Requirements
Strong experience developing production applications using React Proficiency in Type Script, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
Professional experience with .NET/C# or Python development
Experience designing and developing secure REST APIs and back-end services
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks Understanding of generative AI, large language models and AI-enabled application development
Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases and enterprise system integration
Experience with Git-based development workflows and Git Hub Actions CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of authentication, authorization, application security and cloud operations
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Nice to have Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent-based workflows or AI orchestration patterns
Experience with asynchronous processing, messaging or event-driven architectures
Familiarity with Docker and containerized application deployments
Experience working with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and single sign-on solutions
Exposure to monitoring, observability and production support practices
