GenAI / LLM Engineer
This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on LLM pipelines, RAG, document processing and agentic AI
, using AWS technologies including Amazon Bedrock and Agentcore
.
Candidates must have experience taking GenAI solutions beyond proof‑of‑concept and into real production environments
.
- Strong hands‑on experience delivering production GenAI/LLM solutions, rather than purely prototypes or POCs.
- RAG architecture for complex, document‑heavy applications.
- Amazon Bedrock
- AWS Agentcore
- Amazon Open Search, including vector search, k‑NN and hybrid retrieval.
- Experience with Lang Chain, Llama Index, Lang Graph, CrewAI or similar frameworks.
- Document processing technologies such as Amazon Textract, PyPDF or Unstructured.io.
- Designing multi‑agent or tool‑use architectures.
- GenAI evaluation, hallucination detection, validation and confidence‑scoring techniques.
- Experience delivering technology within financial services or another highly regulated environment.
