The ambition is a connected family of products under one brand, replacing the fragmented processes that slow businesses down.
You'll help turn that vision into products customers use every day.
What you'll ownYou'll take meaningful features and systems from an initial customer problem through to working software.
That includes speaking with customers, asking questions and influencing the approach. Engineers who can understand a business problem and explain their thinking will do well here.
You'll build in Type Script, with substantial backend work and opportunities to embed AI directly into the product. You'll also use AI in your development workflow.
What you'll needStrong backend engineering skills are a must. You should be comfortable building the services, APIs and data flows that make a product work reliably. This role needs more backend depth than occasional work alongside a primarily frontend role.
You've shipped software people use, taken ownership of delivery and made thoughtful technical decisions.
You don't need every detail laid out before you can start. You know how to ask questions, work through uncertainty and bring others into the conversation.
