• Building and maintaining highly scalable, low-latency systems used in real-time financial environments.
• Developing robust, efficient C#/.NET applications

• Collaborating across teams including Front Office, Dev Ops, and Quant Engineering.
• Gaining exposure to other modern technologies and paradigms – including distributed systems, microservices, and high-frequency data handling.

• Solid Computer Science fundamentals – including data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.
• 1+ years of professional development experience – open to candidates from fintech, banking, or other high-performance tech environments

• Experience working on complex systems in a financial or mission-critical context is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with multithreading, asynchronous programming, and performance tuning is a strong plus.
