As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex e-commerce data into reliable, intuitive analytical solutions that help our customers make better decisions. You will build and enhance client-facing dashboards, develop the data processes that support them, and work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business questions into clear technical requirements and effective solutions.
This is a hands-on role combining advanced SQL, data modelling, dashboard development and client collaboration. You will take ownership of high-quality analytical delivery, identify opportunities to improve our products and ways of working, and support the development of junior team members. You will also help the team apply emerging AI and machine-learning technologies responsibly, ensuring outputs are accurate, robust and ready for use in production.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a visible impact within a fast-paced, global SaaS company at the forefront of digital commerce.
You will be an experienced analyst with a strong background in direct-to-consumer analytics and the confidence to work across both technical and client-facing activities. You will combine advanced SQL and BI expertise with hands-on experience building, testing and maintaining transformation workflows and reusable data models in dbt, supported by a practical understanding of modern cloud data platforms and Python. You will be confident using Git and Git Hub for version control, including working with branches, reviewing pull requests and collaborating safely on production code.
Comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment, you will be able to move from ambiguous business questions to well-scoped analytical solutions, communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, and critically review data, code and AI-generated outputs before they reach production. You will also be collaborative, curious and proactive, with a genuine interest in mentoring others and developing new approaches that create measurable value for customers.
