Thank you for your interest in working at Thomas’s College. This is an exciting time for sport at the College, following significant investment in the programme. A state-of-the-art pavilion, new hockey astroturf and a 3G football pitch are all due to be built, complementing the excellent sporting facilities already on offer.

As a new and ambitious school, Thomas’s College offers a rare and compelling opportunity for an outstanding practitioner to design, lead and inspire the football programme from its very foundations. This is a genuine ‘blank canvas’, a chance to shape the culture, pathway and future of football within a growing school. Supported by a positive, forward‑thinking and can‑do ethos, the role of Head of Football offers the opportunity to build something special and make a lasting impact.

The successful candidate will lead and develop the whole‑college football programme for boys and girls from participation to high performance, including collaboration with local clubs and contributing to future facility development.
