Our team of forward-thinking Football Agents, consultants, analysts and in-house specialists work at the forefront of football business. As CAA Base Scotland continues to grow, we are looking to appoint a Football Consultant to support the representation, development and long-term planning of our football clients.

The Football Consultant will play a key role in the day-to-day management of players, acting as a trusted point of contact between the client, the agent team and key stakeholders across the game. This role sits at the heart of client care, recruitment and retention, supporting players across all aspects of their professional journey, both on and off the pitch.

Candidates must be comfortable working within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and demonstrate a strong understanding of the Scottish and wider UK football landscape. They should be proactive, organised and capable of building long-term relationships with players, clubs and colleagues alike, while also being able to work under time constraints, often at unsociable hours.

Based in Scotland and working remotely, the Football Consultant will work closely with the wider CAA Base Scotland team, including Agents, Analysis, Data and Design departments, and will report into the senior Football Agent(s) within the Scotland office.
** Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
*** Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of assigned clients, supporting their professional development and career planning.
* Support Football Agents in the identification, recruitment and retention of clients, undertaking appropriate due diligence on prospective players.
* Act as a trusted point of contact between clients, agents, clubs and key stakeholders across the football industry.
