Reebok is strengthening its European sports marketing team and is hiring a Brand Manager – Sports to help drive strategy and execution across its core performance categories.

This role sits at the centre of Reebok’s sports offence in Europe, working closely with regional and global teams to ensure the brand shows up with credibility, clarity, and consistency across key markets.

The position reports into the Head of Marketing and offers broad ownership, high exposure, and the chance to influence how Reebok activates sport at both elite and grassroots level.

Category Focus

The role spans Reebok’s priority sport categories, with a clear emphasis on:

  • Training (primary focus)
  • Basketball
  • Running
  • Football (re-introduction phase)

Strengthening performance and sport credibility across these categories is a key objective of the role.

Markets & Scope
  • UK, France, Germany, and Italy
  • European remit with close alignment to Global and U.S. teams
  • Broad scope covering brand, athletes, community, and commercial activation
The Role

As Brand Manager – Sports, you will lead the planning, localisation, and execution of sports marketing initiatives across Europe. You will focus on strong fundamentals, clear ownership, and effective delivery, ensuring global direction is brought to life in a way that is relevant to local consumers and partners.

This is a highly hands‑on role, well suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple projects and functions, and who is comfortable operating with pace and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead brand strategy and execution across Reebok’s key sport categories
  • Deliver seasonal and annual sports plans aligned to European business priorities
  • Localise global campaigns for European markets with authenticity and impact
  • Manage athlete, ambassador, and sports partnerships
  • Strengthen Reebok’s presence across performance, community, and grassroots sport
  • Act as the key brand partner to Sales, Merchandising, E-commerce, and Account Marketing
  • Represent brand strategy and seasonal focus in partner and account discussions
  • Collaborate with Global and U.S. teams to ensure consistency across markets
About You
  • 5–8 years’ experience in brand management, sports marketing, or partnerships
  • Strong background in performance sport
    , ideally across training, running, basketball, or football
  • Proven ability to execute end‑to‑end campaigns and product launches
  • Comfortable working across multiple work streams with a hands‑on approach
  • Strong understanding of athlete, community, and cultural sport ecosystems
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams
