Sports Participation Officer - Global Federation 6-Month FTC

Sports Participation Officer sought by a recognised sports federation, to support the delivery of global participation programmes within an international sports development environment.

This role plays a key part in coordinating administrative processes, supporting international projects, and engaging with stakeholders worldwide to help increase participation and development across multiple regions.

• Manage administrative processes for participation-focused initiatives
• Act as a key point of contact for international stakeholders and national bodies
• Coordinate reporting systems and support technical platform development
• Oversee resource distribution, including equipment and funding support
• Assist in planning and delivery of global participation events
• Coordinate communications and engagement with stakeholders
• Monitor participation levels and track programme impact
• Support post-event evaluation and reporting
• Support planning for major international sporting events
• Contribute to development and implementation of new participation programmes

• Strong interest in sport development or participation programmes
• Understanding of national or international sports structures
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive and able to work independently under pressure
