Dinton Explorers is hiring a Centre Manager to lead our children’s day activity camps, running alongside the wider leisure operation at Loddon Leisure Centre.

Dinton Explorers is a busy, energetic day camp that makes full use of the centre’s fantastic facilities - from soft play and swimming pools to basketball courts, dance studios, and tennis courts. This role sits right at the heart of the action.

Pay: £18.84 per hour

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of children’s activity camps
• Leading and supporting a team of Activity Instructors
• Coordinating programmes alongside the leisure centre operation
• Being a visible, hands‑on leader across multiple activity spaces
• Ensuring excellent safety, safeguarding, and customer experience

• A high-responsibility leadership role with an excellent hourly rate
• Work across top‑class leisure facilities, not just one activity area
• A dynamic mix of management, delivery, and people leadership
• Make a real difference to children’s confidence, skills, and enjoyment

• Have experience leading teams in leisure, sport, education, or camps
• Are confident managing busy, multi-activity environments
• Thrive in fast‑paced, people-focused settings
