Team Leader – Pool & Safety

At Moberly Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self‑motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity, five times a week.

The successful candidate will support health and safety operations, drive customer‑service excellence and manage the lifeguard team.

• Provide safe and effective pool supervision.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team while fully embracing our company values.
• Maintain high customer‑service standards.
• Ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping within the centre.
• Take on the Duty Manager role when needed.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance.

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) – training will be provided.
• First Aid at Work qualification.
• Pool Plant Operators qualification.
• DBS clearance (required prior to starting).
• Willingness to work day, evening, weekend and public holiday shifts.
