• This is a key position and at a senior level within the company. You will have experience of working at Network Rail and may have also worked for a Train Operator or with a related company on top of this.
• You will have experience of rail operations and an understanding of how the railway and its systems work together to keep the trains running.
• Your experience will also include deployment of a new system or technology to the railway infrastructure.
• You will be able to show experience where you have delivered strategic thinking and insight to others where obstacles were overcome with a new product or development of a new system.
• Your experience will include working with other companies and leaders within rail to collaborate to effectively deliver.

This role is working for a private sector organisation, who are already providing their systems / data products successfully to the UK’s railways and operators. Your role will be consulting with key operational leaders and experts within these companies and helping to identify need and then taking this to the internal development teams to provide a solution.

This position has an office in London and will see you working hybrid with office, home and client visiting as part of your working week.

The salary for this position is up to a maximum of £100,000. On top of this is a performance related bonus which can see up to 25% annually. Also, there is pension, wellness, travel, and other benefits.
