HGV Class 2 Driver - Temp to Perm

£43,680 per annum + up to £1,300 quarterly bonus

Guaranteed 48 hours pay per week (Mon‑Fri)

We are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for an ongoing Temp to Perm position based in Rochester. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long‑term role with great earning potential.

Newly Qualified Drivers Welcome!

• Salary: £43,680 per annum
• Bonus: up to £1,300 quarterly
• Guaranteed 48 hours pay per week (Monday to Friday)
• Overtime available on Saturdays (paid at time and a half, 6th shift only)
• Weekly hours:
  Average 48 hours (12‑hour shifts typical)
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Bonus may be reduced based on attendance, accidents, scanning compliance, health & safety, and delivery performance.

• Monday to Friday (contract states any 5 from 7 days)
• Start times:
  Between 04:00‑06:00
• Flexibility required during peak periods
• Own transport required due to early starts

Home delivery of kitchens across:
Kent, Sussex, London, Surrey, Hampshire & Oxford

• Working as part of a 2‑man crew with a Porter
• Physically demanding role - heavy lifting involved
• Deliveries made to customers' room of choice
• All items must be scanned
• Deliveries must be completed within set time windows
• Porter to make customer ETA calls and record deliveries
• Vehicles are pre‑loaded overnight – no loading required
• Parking issues must be reported to delivery support/transport office
• Vehicles are fitted with 7 cameras (full compliance required)
• Strong timekeeping and professionalism essential

• Valid UK HGV Class 2 Licence
• Maximum 6 penalty points (no DD, CU80, IN endorsements)
• DBS check required
• Good communication skills
• Reliable, flexible, and positive attitude
