Role Overview

Help to ensure Exsportise achieves its goal of providing a first‑class transport and transfer service to all students and make sure that students' arrivals, departures, and excursions are completed effectively without any disruption to the students.

Starting in June (remote/on‑site until camp), then located full‑time at Head Office.

• Organises arrival and departure schedules, collaborating with other Exsportise centres for cost efficiency to provide professional transfer services ensuring timely student check‑ins and flight preparations.
• Assigns staff and transport to transfers, personally oversees arrival / departure days with daily centre communication, allocates staff fairly to early shifts for transfers/excursions, and liaises with Centre Manager, administrators, and transport companies for on‑time excursion transport.
• Runs airport induction training for summer staff, oversees Airport / St Pancras supervisors providing necessary information / equipment, handles transfer complaints with follow‑up resolution, and manages excursion coach bookings / amendments / cancellations ahead to avoid charges.
