Purpose of the role

To support our daily logistics operations: facilitating outbound ecommerce, retail, private client and wholesale outbound orders, as well as any returns, including monitoring the processing and transport of outbound and return orders and their progress through customs. You are one of our key points of contact for our customer service teams, who need to elevate delivery and return issues to our logistics team.

Responsibilities
  • Daily outbound order monitoring (including ecommerce, private client and wholesale orders), closely tracking shipments at the warehouse and in transit with our courier partners.
  • Daily return order monitoring, closely tracking shipments in transit and at the warehouse.
  • Resolving any customs issues during clearance processing.
  • Working closely with courier partners to investigate any shipment claims.
  • Provide relevant documentation to assist in clearing shipments through customs.
  • Create transport documentation such as packing lists and commercial invoices to facilitate the transport of orders.
  • Work closely with our Customer Service, Private Client and Wholesale departments to resolve logistics related customer queries or issues relating to their orders and/or returns.
  • Liaising daily with our third‑party logistics team, based in Italy: responding to any queries regarding orders and returns.
  • Investigate and resolve any customer claims for return or repair; coordinating with our Production teams.
  • Administering invoices from our suppliers, including for our courier partners.
  • Coordinating warehouse activity for our retail and communication teams.
  • Working with our Logistics and Inventory Analyst and our Logistics Operations Manager to monitor warehouse and carrier SLAs for order picking, packing, delivery and return processing via reporting.
  • Supporting the wider department with administrative and ad‑hoc requests.
Qualifications, Skills, Experience Required
  • Experience with in the luxury fashion industry is ideal.
  • Logistics and/or customer service experience is preferable.
  • Basic knowledge of export procedures is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • A fast learner, interested in learning new skills.
  • Excellence in working under pressure and delivering on multiple priorities.
  • Strong initiative, taking ownership of tasks and follow‑through.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A positive, problem‑solving, and ‘can‑do’ attitude.
  • Flexibility to travel to our warehouse in Italy up to twice annually.
  • Italian language is a plus.
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
