Logistics Officer

£32,410 per annum

We are currently seeking a Logistics Officer to support daily traffic and logistics operations at Olympia London. Working as part of the Operations team, you will help ensure safe, compliant, and efficient vehicle movements across the venue while delivering high‑quality customer service to all site users.

• Direct vehicles based on operational briefings into correct routes and parking spaces.
• Stop and check vehicles to ensure only authorised access into designated areas.
• Deliver polite and professional customer service to all visitors upon arrival.
• Report all incidents, accidents, and near misses to the designated Supervisor/Manager.
• Complete incident reports and show statistics to expected company standards.
• Identify and escalate operational issues to Supervisors/Managers.
• Support the resolution of action points arising from incidents.
• Manage day‑to‑day operational systems, reporting any faults or issues.
