Airport Taxi Express is recruiting drivers across the United Kingdom for pre-booked airport transfer work. We run an online booking platform that pairs passengers with local drivers for fixed-price, door-to-door journeys to and from every major UK airport.
What The Job Involves:
Each trip is arranged in advance. You receive a notification on your smartphone showing the passenger name, collection address, destination airport, terminal and flight time. You accept the booking with one tap and carry out the journey. There is no meter, no rank work and no street hailing. Every fare is confirmed and pre-paid before you set off.
Airports We Cover:
Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, London City, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bristol, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool, Newcastle, East Midlands, Southampton, Aberdeen, Cardiff, Belfast and every other licensed commercial airport in the UK.
What You Can Earn:
Between 30,000 and 55,000 GBP per year depending on how often you make yourself available. Drivers working high-traffic airport routes and unsocial hours consistently reach the top of this range.
What You Need: A full UK driving licence held for at least three years. A clean, spacious four-door vehicle suitable for carrying passengers and luggage. A private hire or hackney carriage licence from your local authority, or willingness to obtain one. A smartphone with GPS and a mobile data connection. A professional, courteous approach with all passengers.
