• Currently operating as a Captain (recent command experience desirable)
• E‑Jet type rating desirable but not essential (NTR welcome)

• Command E170/E190 operations with an unwavering focus on safety, compliance, and passenger comfort
• Lead, brief, and mentor multi‑disciplinary crews, fostering strong CRM and teamwork
• Execute fuel‑efficient, on‑time performance while adhering to company SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrate sound decision‑making in all phases of flight and across varying operating environments
• Champion a proactive safety culture, reporting and mitigating hazards through established systems

Non‑type rated Captains are encouraged to apply. A comprehensive E‑Jet type rating and differences training program is provided to successful candidates who meet the experience and licence requirements.
