• Safely operate vans and delivery vehicles to transport parcels and goods
• Complete multi‑drop deliveries efficiently within assigned routes
• Plan delivery schedules to optimise time and fuel efficiency
• Load and unload packages securely, including heavy lifting where required
• Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery
• Maintain accurate delivery records, mileage logs, and vehicle reports
• Follow all UK traffic laws, driving regulations, and company safety policies
• Communicate with dispatch teams regarding delays, route changes, or delivery issues
• Provide professional and friendly customer service during deliveries
• Support warehouse operations and stock organisation when required

• Full UK driving licence
• Legal right to work full‑time in the UK
• Ability to travel and work across London delivery routes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good physical fitness for loading and unloading parcels
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Understanding of road safety and driving regulations

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier
• Experience with in logistics, transport, or warehouse environments
• Familiarity with multi‑drop delivery operations
• Experience operating vans or commercial vehicles
• Commercial Driving Licence (CDL) or HGV experience is advantageous
