Goods In Responsibilities:

• Receive all deliveries and check quantities, condition, and accuracy against delivery notes or purchase orders.
• Record all incoming goods accurately in the stock or warehouse management system.
• Label and store materials in the correct locations to maintain proper stock organization.
• Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to your supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe goods-in area at all times.
• Assist with general warehouse operations such as picking, packing, and dispatch when required.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet truck, forklift) if trained and authorized.
• Communicate effectively with other teams to support smooth operations.

Collection Driver Responsibilities (as required):

• Collect goods or materials from suppliers or customers as instructed.
• Carry out all collections and deliveries safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks before and after each trip.
• Load and unload goods carefully to prevent damage.
• Ensure all paperwork, delivery notes, and logs are completed accurately.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with suppliers, customers, or other partners.
