Pay & Overtime0–12 months £16.03/hr - £19.25/hr12–24 months £16.43/hr - £19.75/hr24+ months £17.68/hr - £21.25/hrIf you’ve held a PCV licence and worked in the role for 12+ months within the last 4 years, you’ll start on the 12–24-month rate.
Sign-on to sign-off pay structure
Overtime paid for:
Hours worked after 9pmWeekends
Any time worked over your contracted hours

Working Patterns5 days on / 2 days off per week on a rotating shift pattern.
Shifts planned 6–8 weeks in advance
Typical start times:
Mornings from 04:00
Afternoons from 12:00
Evenings from 18:00
Overtime opportunities available depending on business needs
Note:
Fixed shift patterns (e.g., only mornings or only evenings) are not available
What You’ll Need Valid PCV licence
Aged 18 or over
No more than 6 points on your licence
Licence for London if you have worked for another London operator within the past 6 months
Able to pass a drug and alcohol test Great customer service and people skills
Flexibility to work various shifts
