We are looking for a Trainee Logistics Coordinator to join our team, supporting the movement of time-critical aerospace and aviation freight across global supply chains. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in aerospace logistics. Full training will be provided.

Location: Heathrow, UK (Office Based – UB7 0LW
)

Line Manager: UK Operations Manager

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 0900 - 1800

• Support the coordination of AOG (Aircraft on Ground) and time-critical aerospace shipments
• Assist with import and export customs processes
• Learn and support Dangerous Goods (DG) documentation requirements
• Process shipment documentation and invoices
• Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to customer enquiries
• Update shipment records within Cargo Wise
• Liaise with airlines, suppliers, customers and overseas offices
• Provide shipment updates and operational reporting

• Recent graduate or someone looking to begin a career in logistics
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to commute to our Heathrow office (UB7 0LW
  )
