Working Hours:

12-hour shifts (06:00 18:00 or 18:00 06:00) Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing Magnus Search is currently recruiting for experienced Forklift Drivers (Counterbalance) to join our team at a high-volume distribution site in Bardon Hill, Coalville. We are offering stable, ongoing roles across both day and night shifts on a predictable 4 On / 4 Off rotation, allowing you to plan your schedule months in advance.

Key Responsibilities Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely within a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment. Loading and unloading heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) efficiently. Moving, stacking, and organizing pallets to maximize storage capacity. Conducting standard pre-operational vehicle safety checks daily. Supporting the wider warehouse team with general operational duties when required. Requirements Certification:
You must hold a valid, externally accredited Counterbalance licence.

Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a similar environment is required. Assessment:
All successful candidates must pass a mandatory on-site practical assessment . Attitude: A high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to Health & Safety.
