Role Overview

We are recruiting Class 1 Large Goods Vehicle Drivers on permanent contracts, working a flexible 36 hours & 15 minutes per week across a 24‑hour operation at the Royal Mail Parcel Hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and transport mail from various sites to the next stage of the delivery process.
• Drive fixed routes independently across the UK.
• Load and unload vehicles, deliver to schedule, and maintain the security of items throughout journeys.
• Use technology tools to support efficient operations.

Essential Qualifications

• Valid UK manual C&E licence, including a Large Goods Vehicle Class 1 licence, no more than 6 penalty points, and no TT99 endorsement.
• Self‑motivated and able to work unsupervised for long periods.
• Organised, punctual, and able to work within tight timelines.
• Flexible to accommodate shift variations, including night driving, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Community‑spirited and proud of delivering for the UK.
