Class 1 Driver; Nights

CLASS 1 JOBS – Home Bargains, Warrington

We need Store Delivery Drivers (Cat C+E) to deliver goods to Home Bargain stores across the UK. Drivers must be physically fit as the roll cages are manually moved from the trailer to the store. Experience in retail deliveries is not required; two full days of paid training will be provided to ensure you are comfortable.

• Various shift patterns to suit your needs.
• 10‑week temporary period, then transfer to permanent employment with subcontractor.
• Store deliveries include tail lift / roll cages or palletised goods which are unloaded by FLT Driver.
• Minimum 6 months Cat C+E experience.

Hourly rates:

• £21.00 or £23.53 (incl. holiday pay) – Days.
• £22.50 or £25.22 (incl. holiday pay) – Nights.

Paid a minimum of 8 hours per shift.

• Hold a valid C&E Driving licence with at least 6 months experience.
• No more than 6 minor points on Driving licence.
• DCPC Valid card for Driver Certificate of Professional Competence.
• Good working knowledge of EU Driver hours and WTR rules.
• Enjoy working with people at the stores.
• Health & Safety awareness.
