6 am to 3 pm, Monday
- Friday

• Operating a refuse collection vehicle with a valid HGV Class 2 driving licence.
• Supporting refuse loaders during collections to ensure timely route completion.
• Carrying out refuse and recycling collections daily, utilising your knowledge of all machinery aspects of the job.
• Employing safe lifting and handling techniques for all articles left for removal.
• Using in‑cab technology and mobile devices as directed, keeping up with real‑time updates.
• Completing relevant paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Conducting daily inspections of machinery and vehicles before and after use, reporting any issues.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of all machinery and vehicles.
• Fostering excellent relationships with the public and other motor users, ensuring a positive experience for all.

• Valid HGV Class 2 driving licence (with no more than 6 points).
• Driver CPC certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and willing to assist your team.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to various tasks.
• Clean driving record is desirable.
