HGV Class 2 Driver - Pass

Position: HGV Class 2 Driver - New Pass Welcome!
The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Carlisle area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers (CAT

C) to join the team. New Pass Welcome!

Hours:

Shifts across Monday to Sunday 3am starts (Nights) 7am starts (Days) Pay Rate:
Days - £15.11 per hour Nights - £16.16 per hour

Location:

Carlisle, CA6 Job Type: Ongoing

The role:

· Working set shifts with a rota planned in advance
· Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units. . Some deliveries/ returns from addresses
· Focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.
· Drivers will be required to assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck.
· Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner. Requirements:
· Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category

C).
· Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
· No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
· Full understanding of WTD legislation.
· Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
· Excellent communication skills.
