Role Overview

Our Operations and Customer Experience teams are the backbone of HIVED’s delivery network.

Depending on the role and location, opportunities may sit within the following teams:

  • Customer Support

  • Operations

  • Network

  • Depot

  • Transport

  • Fleet

These roles play a critical part in ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and a smooth end‑to‑end delivery experience for both customers and retail partners.

Heads up: this is a preemptive posting. We’re not hiring for all of these roles right now, but expect many of them to open at various points in time as we keep growing. We’re collecting applications early so we can move fast when the time comes.

What you might be involved in

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting customers and partners with a high standard of service and problem‑solving

  • Coordinating daily operations, routes, or depot activity

  • Working closely with drivers, transport, and operations teams

  • Monitoring deliveries, resolving issues, and escalating where needed

  • Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance standards are met

  • Contributing to continuous improvement in a fast‑moving environment
