The Role As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and managing deliveries while acting as the link between customers, drivers and the warehouse.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning and optimising daily delivery routes using a route planning system Communicating delivery times to customers ahead of dispatch Liaising with customers to arrange suitable delivery windows Coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure vehicles are loaded and dispatched on time Managing delivery changes, cancellations and reschedules Acting as the main point of contact for drivers and resolving any delivery issues during the day
