Air Freight Import Coordinator – Feltham Our client is seeking an experienced Air Freight Import Coordinator to join their established freight forwarding team based in Feltham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in air freight imports who is looking to develop their knowledge across all areas of multimodal freight forwarding, including air, sea, road, exports, and courier services.

Key Responsibilities Manage air freight import shipments from start to finish. Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, airlines, and transport providers. Prepare and process import documentation. Support sea freight and export operations when required. Develop knowledge across all modes of transport as part of a multimodal operation. Provide occasional support with local collections and deliveries during periods of driver annual leave. Essential Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in air freight imports .

Sea freight knowledge would be advantageous. Export experience is desirable but not essential. A willingness to learn and develop across all areas of multimodal freight forwarding. Live locally to Feltham or within a reasonable commuting distance. Full UK driving license (essential). The role includes occasional local driving duties to provide holiday cover for the driver's annual leave, involving the collection of small packages from a local location and delivery to courier depots near Heathrow.
