About the Role

The Best HGV job you will ever do! Large Goods Vehicles (LGV) drivers will undertake delivery and collection of products to and from a variety of locations in line with all company policies and procedures. This role is based at our Erith site, Church Manorway, London DA8 1DL
.

• Collect shopping from our state‑of‑the‑art warehouses and deliver it to smaller regional sites.
• Work a flexible shift pattern consisting of nights, late and early shifts, including weekends.
• Regularly carry out additional hours beyond the minimum contracted 32 hours, with routes assigned up to 12.5 hours per day.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, adhering to company procedures and safety standards.

• Passion for driving and an interest in trucks and lorries.
• A category C+E driving licence.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 10 years.
• Desirable to have a minimum of 6 months experience.
• Safe and competent driver with the ability to be flexible on shift length daily.

Position is lunar paid (every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule). Hourly pay:

• Basic Rate: £19.20

• Evening premium (18:00‑06:00): £2.00

• Sunday Day Premium: £1.74

• Sunday Evening Premium (18:00‑06:00): £3.94

• Overtime day rate: £24.00

• Overtime Evening rate (18:00‑06:00): £26.50
