** Pay & Overtime
**** 0–12 months experience*** £16.06 – £20.00 per hour
** 12 months–3 years' experience*** £16.41 – £20.51 per hour
** 3+ years' experience*** £17.66 – £22.07 per hour
** Already experienced?
** If you've held a PCV licence and worked as a bus driver for at least
** 12 months within the last 4 years**, you'll join on our
** 2nd–3rd year pay rate**.### You'll also receive:
* Sign-on to sign-off pay

** Working Pattern
** You'll work a rotating pattern of
** 5 days on, 2 days off**, with shifts planned
** 6–8 weeks in advance**, helping you plan your life outside of work.

Typical shift start times include:
* Mornings from
** 4:00am
*** Afternoons from
** 12:00pm
*** Evenings from
** 6:00pm
** Regular overtime is available, depending on business needs.

** What You'll Need
** To join Arriva London you'll need:
* A valid
** PCV Category D licence
*** To be aged
** 18 or over
*** No more than
** 6 penalty points
*** A current
** Licence for London**, if you've worked for another London bus operator within the last six months
* To pass a drug and alcohol screening
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts##
