HGV Driver

HGV Driver A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HGV Driver to join a specialist high-value freight forwarding business based in Feltham . The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting high-value and time-critical consignments across the UK, with occasional deliveries into Europe. This is an excellent opportunity to join a secure logistics operation where safety, security and customer service are key.

Applications are welcomed from both Class 1 (Category CE) and Class 2 (Category

C) drivers, and newly passed HGV drivers are also welcome to apply .

Duties & Responsibilities of an HGV Driver Safely collect and deliver high-value and time-critical consignments across the UK and occasionally Europe. Ensure all freight is loaded, secured and transported in line with company procedures. Complete delivery documentation and compliance paperwork accurately. Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects or issues. Liaise with warehouse and operations teams to ensure deliveries are completed on time.

Provide a professional and customer-focused service when representing the business. Skills & Experience Required for an HGV Driver Hold a valid UK Class 1 (Category CE) or Class 2 (Category

C) Driving Licence. Newly passed HGV drivers are welcome to apply. Hold a valid Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card . Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Professional, reliable and flexible approach to work. Experience transporting high-value or secure goods would be advantageous. Able to successfully complete the required security screening, including a 10-year checkable employment and education history .

Salary & Benefits of an HGV Driver Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience .

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30.
