Driver Hire Uxbridge are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 (CAT

C) Drivers for various customers across the local area (Uxbridge/Hayes/Greenford/West Drayton etc)

PLEASE NOTE ALL ROLES ARE ON A TEMPORARY ADHOC BASIS - SHIFTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED

£17.51 - £20.50 p/h including holiday pay

Monday-Friday, day shifts

All-round Duties:

Multi-drop deliveries and collections
Delivery of building equipment, plant & tool hire
Transport of event and catering equipment
Delivery of alcohol and beverages
Delivery of household appliances
Communicating with customers and completing delivery paperwork
Carrying out routine vehicle checks
Adhering to all road safety and company procedures

Requirements:

Valid UK CAT C licence, with no more than 6 points
Valid CPC and Tacho
Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience
Good knowledge of UK roads
Physically fit, as some roles involve manual handling
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable, professional and safety-conscious
