HIVED in London is seeking an Operations Coordinator (level
2) to be the on-site contact for drivers, ensuring high delivery performance and driver satisfaction. This role reports to the Operations Manager and follows a 4 days on, 3 days off pattern, including one weekend day.
You will manage day-to-day driver team operations, promote retention initiatives, ensure driver compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive excellence through regular check-ins and ride-alongs.
