Key Responsibilities Safely operate Class 2 collection vehicles on designated routes Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report defects Collect household, recycling and commercial waste efficiently Adhere to all health & safety procedures, using PPE at all times Work closely with loaders and remain alert to public and road hazards Complete required paperwork and comply with driving regulations. Requirements Availability at short notice and for standby cover Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Flexible approach, including assisting as a loader when required Valid Class 2 licence, CPC card and tachograph card (essential) Previous experience preferred but not essential new drivers welcome.
