PCO Driver - Odysse vehicle

Odysse is seeking professional PCO drivers looking for greater income stability, structured support, and long-term employment without the financial burden of vehicle ownership or rental costs.

This opportunity is designed for drivers who want to focus on driving and earning while Odysse provides the vehicle, insurance, maintenance, and operational support.

While most private hire drivers work on a self-employed basis and carry significant vehicle costs, Odysse offers a different model. Drivers become part of a professional team with agreed schedules, operational guidance, performance incentives, and the stability of employment.

Successful candidates are reliable, professional, customer-focused, and comfortable working within a structured operating environment. This role is best suited to drivers seeking a long-term opportunity rather than occasional or highly flexible gig work.
