Class 1 Driver

Drivers Direct Recruitment are looking to recruit a HGV Class 1 on behalf of our client to join their team in Swindon . Hours of work:
Weekdays Days & Nights Start times will vary Salary:
Minimum £18.50 per hour. ( including holiday pay)

The Role:

Depot runs, drop and swap trailers. Duties/Responsibilities:
Carrying out relevant daily vehicle safety checks and reporting as per Operational Procedures. Ensure all delivery and collections are carried out in accordance with company procedures. To deliver & collect to customers in a safe and professional manner. To complete all work related paperwork in full and hand in at the end of the shift. Essential

Skills:

Must hold a valid HGV 1 / Cat CE licence. Must holds a valid driver qualification (CPC) card. Must hold a valid Digital tacho card. Good communication skills. Good customer relations. Have a safe driving record. No more than 6 minor penalty points due to insurance stipulations. No DR's, IN's or DD's offence codes due to insurance stipulations. INTERESTED?
