As Captain, you’ll lead our flight operations from the left-hand seat, making sound operational decisions, maintaining uncompromising safety standards, and creating a seamless, customer-focused experience on every sector across our short-haul network.

• Valid A320 Type Rating at time of joining easy
  
  Jet.
• UK CAA Licence with a valid A320 LPC by the date of easy
  
  Jet induction.
• UK CAA Class 1 Medical.
• Minimum 4,000 total flying hours.
• Minimum 500 hours on the Airbus A320 family.
• Minimum 500 total PIC hours on jet aircraft over 30 tonnes MTOW.
• Minimum 500 total PIC hours on jet aircraft over 30 tonnes MTOW.
• Minimum ICAO English Level 4.
• Right to live and work in the UK with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA, and the easy
  
  Jet network.

• Command the aircraft from the left-hand seat, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
