This is a fantastic, varied and key role which plays an important part in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of goods across the UK and internationally, for an exceptional brand locally!
Taking key responsibility for coordinating daily despatch and activities, managing freight and courier arrangements and ensuring all shipments are processed accurately and delivered on time!
This is perfect for you if you are excited by the idea of a detailed, operational and busy role with a mix of practical and computer tasks!!

Working within a motivated, close-knit team your role would involve ensuring compliance with export, customs and international shipping required, your duties would include:

· Organise daily orders and make sure goods are sent out on time.

· Book deliveries and collections with couriers and transport companies.

· Track orders and deal with any delivery problems or delays.

· Complete shipping paperwork, invoices and packing lists.

· Make sure all international shipments meet customs and export rules.

· Communicate with couriers, suppliers and transport companies.

· Work with other departments to make sure customer orders arrive when expected.

· Keep shipping records up to date and help with delivery cost checks.

· Look for ways to make the shipping process easier, faster and more cost-effective.
