Selco Builders Warehouse is seeking a delivery team leader to guide a high‑performing group of HGV & Van Drivers, Pickers & Loaders. You will coordinate outbound deliveries to ensure on‑time, in‑full, quality fulfillment and safe loading practices.
You’ll drive delivery performance, coach your team, manage costs, and support branch operations as the most senior on duty when needed. The role is 37.5 hours per week, with a comprehensive benefits package and career development opportunities.
