About the Role

As UpCircle continues to expand globally, ensuring our products reach customers is one of the most crucial aspects of what we do. From concept to creation, our work culminates in getting our UpCircle products into the hands of customers around the world. But that doesn't happen on its own!

With our growth, the movement of stock and the complexity of operations have increased. You'll play a key role in making sure things run smoothly by working closely with Jack, Remi and Rosie - who make up our warehouse team, and our operations team, located in our main office in Kennington.

Your responsibilities will include fulfilling wholesale orders, fulfilling daily shipment requests from the rest of the team (resolving customer service issues, sending out marketing shipments, dispatching point of sale for our independent stockists etc.) and communicating shipment details clearly and promptly.

Ideally, we're looking for someone available to start immediately.

Location

You’ll be working at our warehouse located in two Railway Arches in Camberwell, South London initially whilst the training and handover takes place. After this, we will be moving to a larger and more fit-for-purpose warehouse space in Walthamstow.

Key Responsibilities

As Warehouse Associate at UpCircle, your main responsibilities will include:

Warehouse Operations:

● Picking, packing, and order preparation:
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for wholesale clients, press requests, and other partners, ensuring all products are shipped according to guidelines.
● Order processing:
Use systems such as Mintsoft, Royal Mail, and UPS to process orders and print shipping labels.

● Packing standards:
Ensure high standards for packing, with careful attention to international shipments, influencer send-outs, and other specialised orders.

● Stock movement and pallet management:
Move pallets and manage stock flow between our warehouse and external fulfilment centres.

Inventory management:
Assist with regular stock counts, ensuring accurate inventory records, and keeping the team updated on stock levels.

● Goods in and quality control:
Conduct quality checks on incoming stock, making sure everything meets our standards.

● Kitting and assembly:
Prepare and assemble packaging kits, ensuring all components are present and in excellent condition.

● Space cleanliness and safety:
Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Team Collaboration:

● Work closely with the operations team to support the rest of the UpCircle team and ensure smooth workflow.

● Assist with returns and communicate confidently with couriers and drivers for collections and deliveries.
Additional Support:

● Occasionally, assist with other tasks such as labelling, or constructing seasonal products like baubles / advent calendars ready for shipping.

● Team player:
Ready to help out when needed, with a positive attitude toward collaboration and feedback.

● Problem-solver:
Adaptive, with a proactive approach to resolving challenges and improving systems. Calm under pressure!

An eye for detail and a commitment to quality control at every stage of the process.
