£24.50 hour on nights

£34.50 hour for bank holidays and overtime

6 am till 2 pm

8 am till 4 pm

10 am till 6 pm

2 pm till 8 pm

4 pm till 12 am

6 pm till 2 am

10 pm till 6 am

We are looking for dependable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-paced logistics and distribution team based in London. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high operational standards. The position involves hands‑on warehouse duties and requires someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy setting.

• Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming deliveries
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Preparing stock for dispatch and shipment
• Moving goods safely within the warehouse environment
• Conducting inventory checks and reporting discrepancies
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the warehouse
• Following all health & safety procedures and company policies
• Supporting colleagues and supervisors to meet daily targets

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a physically active role
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of warehouse health & safety practices
• Forklift licence is advantageous but not required
