Warehouse Operative – Chessington

Location: Chessington

Hours: Monday to Friday

Shifts: 7:00am – 4:00pm / 11:00am – 8:00pm

Temporary to Permanent after 12 weeks

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast‑paced warehouse team in Chessington. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork, and a proactive attitude.

• Goods In: unloading deliveries and checking stock accurately
• Picking and packing orders for dispatch and delivery
• Manual lifting of items to pick for trade counter customers.
• Operating forklift trucks (primarily Counterbalance and Bendi)
• Maintaining accurate stock records and documentation
• Ensuring all goods are stored correctly and safely
• Working to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Supporting colleagues, customers, and external partners where required

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (ESSENTIAL) - RTITB or ITSSAR Accredited.
• Previous experience in a busy warehouse / supply chain environment
• Experience unloading lorries and handling goods in
• Support Trade Counter as and when required – Customer focused
• Strong picking and packing experience physically demanding
• Ability to work to deadlines in a demanding environment
• Flexible to work either shift:
• 7:00am – 4:00pm
• 11:00am – 8:00pm
