Warehouse Supervisor - Temporary to Permanent

Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Working Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturdays), 09:00 - 17:30

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity to start in a temporary position with the potential to become a permanent member of our team.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations. You will lead and manage a small team, ensuring all daily targets and objectives are met.

• Supervise and motivate the warehouse team to ensure a high level of productivity and accuracy.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including the receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory control and stock levels.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Plan and adjust staffing levels to meet operational demands and deadlines.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse.
• Assist with the training of new team members and provide ongoing support and coaching.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operational flow.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or similar logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
• A hands‑on approach and a commitment to getting the job done.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• A good understanding of warehouse processes and best practices.
