Warehouse Supervisor in High Wycombe Permanent Role | Immediate Start Available We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy client site, overseeing a small team of 4 operatives. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Role Overview :
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations, accuracy, and efficiency at all times. You will not be office-based this is a working supervisory role where you will be fully involved in warehouse activities while leading and supporting your team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate a team of 4 warehouse operatives Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring productivity and safety standards are met Work alongside the team in all warehouse duties, including goods in/out, picking, packing, and stock control Operate a counterbalance forklift truck as required (licence essential) Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed at all times Support training, development, and performance of team members Assist in resolving operational issues quickly and effectively Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a warehouse environment Strong, hands-on approach must be willing to lead by example Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (essential) Strong communication and organisational skills Reliable, proactive, and able to manage workload under pressure
