The Night Warehouse Operative helps with all matters relating to the warehousing, packing and processing of client orders. It involves order dispatch, goods handling, decanting and packing.

Reporting to Service Delivery Manager – Service Delivery Supervisor

• Packing client orders
• Assisting with client collections
• Delivering to clients at New Covent Garden Market
• Assistant with stock control and stock takes
• Labelling bottles and packing them into boxes
• Creating box samples
• Warehousing & cleaning / tidying
• Loading/unloading goods for our drivers

We’d hope to see evidence of the following:

• Experience with Customer Service
• Warehouse experience
• Be enthusiastic and engaging to deliver the highest standards of service
• Good verbal and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Good computer proficiency
• Forklift driving is essential (ideally Reach and Counterbalance)

• Annual Salary of £3 3,865 (£14.80 per hour)
• Days: 5
  -6 day shifts rotation (one week 5 days – 40hours / following week 6 days –48hours) Sunday night to Friday night
• Shift Time: 11 pm to 7:30 am (8 hours plus 30 min unpaid break)
• 28 days of holidays per year
