Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative roles available working days or night shifts on a long-term ongoing basis for a leading logistics company based next to Heathrow airport. You will become a crucial part in a large scale in the transfer of perishable goods across the globe 24/7,365 days a year.

5AM start time each day.

4 shifts on - 4 days off.

8-12 hours per shift available – dependent on business need. Maximum of 60 hours per week.

Days £12.99 per hour + £1.57 per hour holiday pay.

• Picking and lifting.
• Involves manual handling and standing for lengthy periods of time.
• Support the day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Perform loading and unloading of containers.
• Perform goods receiving function and ensure accuracy in goods received.
• Perform picking and packing function based on the requirement for delivery to the retail outlets / customers.
• Ensure that the inventory system is updated accurately and promptly.
• Perform general housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Any other duties/tasks as assigned.

• Warehouse Operative experience ideally.
• Ability to stand for lengthy periods of time and be physically fit to manually lift heavy items.
• The role requires candidates to undergo a basic DBS check and provide verifiable 5 years’ worth of employment/education history as part of the process due to the nature of the client.
