) People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Kettering / Islip (NN14 3JW
) . You will be working Kettering/Islip. This role would suit candidates who have previously worked as a Warehouse Operative , Order Picker , or Picker Packer , as well as those with experience as a Warehouse Worker , Logistics Operative , or Distribution Operative .

Shifts:

Fixed PM shift – 14:00 – 22:00:
Tuesday
- Saturday Rates of Pay:
Monday to Friday: £14.74 per hour Saturday and Sunday: £17.76 per hour Benefits:

As a Warehouse Operative , your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles Sorting and placing stock onto pallets and rails Picking goods using LLOP equipment in line with KPI targets Preparing and completing warehouse orders for dispatch Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health and safety Operating LLOP vehicles safely and efficiently Lifting and carrying products weighing up to fifteen kilograms Supporting warehouse operations as required Essential

Skills:

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative , you will need:
Previous warehouse experience is essential LLOP experience is desirable but not essential Own reliable transport due to site location and shift times Ability to work full-time fixed PM shifts Basic English and numeracy skills Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to fifteen kilograms Flexibility to work additional hours when required Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test and basic English and Numeracy Test Proof of Right to Work in the UK Training Provided:
