Right Now Group are recruiting for a Vault Warehouse Operator on behalf of a leading secure logistics business based in Feltham.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected organisation specialising in the secure handling, storage, and movement of high-value assets. Working within a secure vault environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring valuable consignments are received, processed, stored, and prepared for onward transportation safely and accurately.
This is not your typical warehouse role
. Due to the nature of the operation, the successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism whilst working within strict security procedures.
- Receive, process, and securely store high-value consignments within the vault facility
- Pick, pack, and prepare valuable items for secure onward transportation
- Accurately scan, record, and track inventory movements using warehouse systems
- Complete stock checks and inventory reconciliations to maintain accurate records
- Ensure all consignments are handled safely, securely, and in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain a strict chain of custody for all high-value items
- Work closely with transport and operations teams to ensure shipments are prepared and dispatched on time
- Carry out quality, security, and accuracy checks prior to dispatch
- Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck where required (if suitably qualified)
- Maintain a clean, organised, and secure warehouse environment
- Comply with all company security, health & safety, and operational procedures
- Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or secure handling environment
- Counterbalance Forklift Truck experience or a valid Counterbalance FLT licence would be highly advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow strict operational and security procedures
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Good communication skills and a team-focused approach
- Comfortable using warehouse systems, scanners, and computer equipment
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
- Experience handling high-value goods or working within a secure environment would be advantageous but is not essential
Due to the secure nature of this position, the successful candidate must be able to successfully complete:
- Basic DBS Check
- Credit Check
- Full 10-Year Employment & Address History Verification
- Right to Work Verification
- Additional security screening where required
- Salary of £37,750 per annum
- Monday to Friday working hours (
07:00 - 15:00
) - No weekend working
